Pankaj Bhargava is an Organisation Adviser, with over 2 decades of corporate experience.
He completed his engineering from IIT Bombay & MBA from IIM Kolkata where he received the Bengal Chamber of Commerce Medal for excellence in Personnel. He worked in Marico for 16 years where his last assignment was to head the Human Resources function as Chief – Human Resources. Over these 16 years, Pankaj contributed to the building of a distinct culture that has sustained Marico’s business success.
He is a certified facilitator in the best in class facilitation technology (ToP) and over the last 10 years post Marico, he has consulted & facilitated over hundred organizations across sectors in various aspects of organization building. Many of these organisations are family and owner driven businesses.
