Prasad Kumar is the Founder of Human Endeavour Associates, a niche consultancy firm specializing in strategic advisory for owner led companies, family businesses and corporate development.

He has worked in senior executive roles in corporates, with many leading companies partnering in their growth and transformation.

Most of his engagements are long term partnerships, integrating the cultural and structural dimensions for Growth, Governance and Institution Building.

He is engaged in intensive coaching of Board members, top management and senior leaders across industries and is an active Life Coach to top family business leaders.

Daljit Mirchandani
His career has spanned over 4 decades in the Corporate world covering diversified businesses. During this period he worked with State and National Level Committees in India to influence policy changes in the field of infrastructure and post-harvest technologies for perishables. He retired as the Chairman of Ingersoll-Rand Ltd. At present he is on the Advisory Board of various Indian and MNC companies in the field of bio fuels, water, infrastructure development, infrastructure finance , auto components and energy management. Presently , in partnership with the Government , his Foundation is innovating a sustainable and replicable model that would improve the Enrollment , Retention and quality of Learning in Rural Government schools .

Dr. Kavitha is a Family Business advisor who is an Organizational Psychologist and an Associate Certified Coach. She has a Doctorate in Management, specializing in Organizational behavior and has an MA in Psychology along with a Post Graduate diploma in counseling skills. She is an Associate Certified Coach recognized by the ICF (International Coach Federation). She has undergone executive education Programs offered by ISB – Indian School of Business, and has been certified by the institute on a family business training lead my John Ward. Lagan Kochhar
Lagan is a leadership development specialist whose focus is on adult learning and behaviour change. She is an ICF accredited Executive Coach, a researcher, group facilitator and consultant. While her career spans over a decade of entrepreneurial and management experience, during the past ten years, her work has been focused on helping top business schools and companies around the world design and deliver leadership development programs focused on measureable and sustainable results. She has worked in the capacity of Client Director as well as Program Director for London Business School since 2009. Her projects have included the design and direction of a leadership development program for over 300 senior officers of the Indian Police Service as well as an Emerging Leaders of Family Business program in partnership with The Indian School of Business (ISB). In addition, she has worked with companies worldwide such as Deloitte, Epson, BBVA bank, Santander Bank, and Danone. In 2010 Lagan relocated to New Delhi to set up her own consultancy. Pankaj Bhargava is an Organisation Adviser, with over 2 decades of corporate experience.

He completed his engineering from IIT Bombay & MBA from IIM Kolkata where he received the Bengal Chamber of Commerce Medal for excellence in Personnel. He worked in Marico for 16 years where his last assignment was to head the Human Resources function as Chief – Human Resources. Parmit Chadha
Parmit has 3 decades of experience, in both the public and private sectors. He was most recently the CEO – Strategy and Institution Building for the GMR Group. Prior to this, he was a Director and Partner at SDG (a US based strategy consulting firm), worked at Hindustan Unilever, and developed public policy in the ANZAC region. Parmit has led initiatives and advised Boards and CEOs on a range of strategic and organizational issues. He has worked with both multinational and Indian organisations, including family businesses ranging from first generation to third generation entrepreneurs. His domain experience includes infrastructure (energy, airports, highways), engineering, software products and services, consumer goods, foods, retail, and branded services. Parmit has lectured on strategy at management schools. Raju Shahani
Raju joined Oberoi Hotels in 1975 and spent twenty five years with them in several capacities.  Amongst the positions that he held with the Oberoi Group of Hotels was General Manager at a few of their properties in Egypt and India prior to taking on the position of Director - Sales & Marketing for the Group.  He was responsible for the opening of their European marketing and development office in London. During his tenure with the Oberoi Group, he spent time on several assignments in India, Middle East, East Africa, Europe and UK.  On his return to India in 1994, he took over as Director - Project Development of the Oberoi Group of Hotels and was responsible for the development and construction of new Hotel Projects in India.  He was also on the Board of CCA Leisure Services Limited which is a Joint Venture club management Company between CCA Hong Kong and Oberoi HotelsinIndia. Raju joined RCI, a division of the Cendant Corporation in May 2000 as Country Director responsible for its operations in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Maldives.  He was promoted to President RCI Middle East, Turkey & India in July 2002.  In June 2003, he took over as President & CEO RCI China, Asia & India based out of Singapore and remained in this position till August 2005. Raju returned to India in September 2005, and spent a year consulting with Ambience Hospitality which is a Club Development Company based out of New Delhi, India. Nitin Rajendran is an engineer with an executive program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has over 15 years of experience in Change Management, Organization Design & Development, Business Excellence and Process Excellence.

Last six years, Nitin has been advising in the area of organization development (OD). It includes facilitation and execution of people, process & perspective enhancements for his clients.
