Prasad Kumar (PM) specializes in Strategic Facilitation, Family Business Advisory and Owner Managed Companies. Over four and a half decades, PM has worked in senior roles in corporates and partnered with many family businesses and leading companies in their growth and transformation.

He has held the positions of Business Chairman and member of the GMR Group Holding Board, Chairman of RAXA and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Parampara Family Business Institute. He is member of the Economic Times Advisory Panel on Family Business.

A post graduate in Management and accredited in Applied Behavioural Sciences, Prasad has been a Certified Professional of the International Association of Facilitators and a Life Member of the Association.

His career has spanned over 4 decades in the Corporate world covering diversified businesses. During this period he worked with State and National Level Committees in India to influence policy changes in the field of infrastructure and post-harvest technologies for perishables.

He retired as the Chairman of Ingersoll-Rand Ltd. At present he is on the Advisory Board of various Indian and MNC companies in the field of bio fuels, water, infrastructure development, infrastructure finance , auto components and energy management.

Presently , in partnership with the Government , his Foundation is innovating a sustainable and replicable model that would improve the Enrollment , Retention and quality of Learning in Rural Government schools .

She has a Doctorate in Management, specializing in Organizational behavior and has an MA in Psychology along with a Post Graduate diploma in counseling skills. She is an Associate Certified Coach recognized by the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Kevin Balm is Director of Participative Technologies Pty Ltd., a consultancy that designs and facilitates collaborative learning, planning, decision-making and facilitative leadership interventions.

Lagan Kochhar
Lagan is a leadership development specialist whose focus is on adult learning and behaviour change. She is an ICF accredited Executive Coach, a researcher, group facilitator and consultant. While her career spans over a decade of entrepreneurial and management experience, during the past ten years, her work has been focused on helping top business schools and companies around the world design and deliver leadership development programs focused on measureable and sustainable results.

She has worked in the capacity of Client Director as well as Program Director for London Business School since 2009. Her projects have included the design and direction of a leadership development program for over 300 senior officers of the Indian Police Service as well as an Emerging Leaders of Family Business program in partnership with The Indian School of Business (ISB). In addition, she has worked with companies worldwide such as Deloitte, Epson, BBVA bank, Santander Bank, and Danone. In 2010 Lagan relocated to New Delhi to set up her own consultancy. When Lagan is not consumed with her research and work, she’s a proud mother to 3 very active boys, she’s passionate about the outdoors and travel – having travelled to over 40 countries globally, many trips involving long walks, hiking and mountain climbing – in 2011 she summited Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Parmit has 3 decades of experience, in both the public and private sectors. He was most recently the CEO – Strategy and Institution Building for the GMR Group. Prior to this, he was a Director and Partner at SDG (a US based strategy consulting firm), worked at Hindustan Unilever, and developed public policy in the ANZAC region.

Parmit has led initiatives and advised Boards and CEOs on a range of strategic and organizational issues. He has worked with both multinational and Indian organisations, including family businesses ranging from first generation to third generation entrepreneurs.

His domain experience includes infrastructure (energy, airports, highways), engineering, software products and services, consumer goods, foods, retail, and branded services.

Rajesh Kumar Purshottam
Rajesh, a Tech entrepreneur and a family Business Consultant comes from the Learning & Organisation Development space with over 2 decades. An Engineer by qualification and having spent a few year in Manufacturing Ops in the shop floor, Rajesh moved to Human Resources as a career design move to the HR function, to get exposure in Business HR, Talent Management, Culture Building and Leadership development. Rajesh has worked in spaces like Manufacturing, Software Services, Technology and Analytics and worked in both Indian Corporates and MNCs like Thermax, KPIT Technologies, Motorola, GE Capital, John Deere and the Vedanta Group. Rajesh has worked both in India and abroad in his stint with the corporate sector.

Rajesh draws on his experience in the family consulting though his unusual combination of his knowledge, experience, exceptional insight and intuition from entrepreneurship, management systems thinking' and behavioral engineering by domain bridging best practices and insights specifically in family businesses, to partner family owners to set business priorities and transition growth through values and imperatives. The specific family business assignments done in the recent past have been to contribute to ownership workshops, setting up the family office, family council, creating the family business board and articulating the family constitution as a key contributor to the advisory practice. Prof. S. Manikutty
Prof. S. Manikutty has specialized in Business Policy and Strategy in his doctorate and teaching. His areas of interest include strategic management and competitive strategy, leadership, global competitiveness of industries, corporate governance and strategies for family businesses. His paper (coauthored with another person) won the award for the best paper on family businesses for 2003 awarded by the Family Firm Institute, Boston, U.S.A. His paper (coauthored) also won an award for the best empirical paper presented at the Annual Conference of the Small Business Institute, Clearwater Beach, Florida, February 11-15, 2004. His book on leadership based on literature, Essentials of Leadership: Explorations from Literature (Delhi: Bloomsbury), co-authored with Sampath P Singh, won the award for the best management book awarded by the Indian Society for Training and Development, in 2010. His subsequent books are: Business Ethics: Ethics as the Foundation of Business and Strategic Management: A South Asian Perspective jointly with Michael Hitt, Robert Hoskisson and Duane Ireland.

Prof. Manikutty was a visiting scholar at the Cornell University in the year 2000. Has written a number of cases, mostly dealing with issues in strategy, and published 13 papers in national and international journals. He was a visiting faculty at ESSEC, France, where he taught a full course for four years before retirement.

He was a member of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Now he is an adjunct faculty at IIM, Ahmedabad and at IIM, Bangalore. Sudeep Srivastava
Sudeep Srivastava is a specialist in Organization Development and Human Resource Management. He has over 2 decades of experience in the field, first as a practicing manager and now as a facilitator, consultant and teacher. Over these years he has striven towards the greater effectiveness of organisations, groups and individuals and indeed, continues to do so. Music and theatre join Management in the field of self-expression.

In 2005, he left a colourful and successful employment career in Mumbai to relocate to Pondicherry. The dream to be near Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s Ashram fructified, as did his wish to consult and engage with diverse groups in a new avatar, the facilitator-consultant and teacher. The move has allowed him to experience deeper truths about life, people and work. He notices how much more refreshing his engagements are now from the past especially since the pool of knowledge he draws from is wider and unique.

Over the last couple of years, Sudeep also teaches Management at the Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education, Pondicherry, for the Higher Course Programme (under grad). The SAICE, based on the futuristic principles of education enunciated by The Mother & Sri Aurobindo, stresses pedagogies founded on deep psychological truths about students, teachers and, not least, about the very purposes of education.

Outside the classroom, Sudeep has several consulting assignments and his clients are in retail, hotels, FM radio, manufacturing, garments and fashion, telecom, finance, information technology, realty, pharmaceuticals, to name some. Ramesh has led businesses for over 20 years over his 4 decades of experience. He has worked across manufacturing sectors eg machine tools , bearings, superabrasives , ceramics and abrasives . He has led Indo- German JV, Transition after change of Indian Partner, Business transformation after hostile take-over of a competitor.

Ramesh retired as the CEO of Carborundum Universal, a Murugappa Group company. He was the first non family, professional CEO at the firm and built a leadership pipeline that continues to lead its key businesses.He put CUMI on the path of Global Aspirations. Ramesh's focus is in building the human capital to drive sustainable profitable growth of businesses for benifit of all stakeholders.

He has worked as an executive coach at GMR,Larsen   Toubro, Mphasis, JVs for Capital Equipment, Tyre Manufacturers and others. Served as a board member at Motilal Oswal and Advisor to Private Equity . He continues to mentor business owners and MNC's in leadership development and business transformation.

In addition to his coaching work, Ramesh leads a Rotary program that delivers access to cost effective 250 heart surgeries every year for the less privileged. Mr. Raju Shahani
Raju joined Oberoi Hotels in 1975 and spent twenty five years with them in several capacities.  Amongst the positions that he held with the Oberoi Group of Hotels was General Manager at a few of their properties in Egypt and India prior to taking on the position of Director - Sales & Marketing for the Group.  He was responsible for the opening of their European marketing and development office in London. During his tenure with the Oberoi Group, he spent time on several assignments in India, Middle East, East Africa, Europe and UK.  On his return to India in 1994, he took over as Director - Project Development of the Oberoi Group of Hotels and was responsible for the development and construction of new Hotel Projects in India.  He was also on the Board of CCA Leisure Services Limited which is a Joint Venture club management Company between CCA Hong Kong and Oberoi HotelsinIndia.

Raju joined RCI, a division of the Cendant Corporation in May 2000 as Country Director responsible for its operations in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Maldives.  He was promoted to President RCI Middle East, Turkey & India in July 2002.  In June 2003, he took over as President & CEO RCI China, Asia & India based out of Singapore and remained in this position till August 2005.
